System Install/Reinstall
This service includes full Microsoft updates to bring the OS current. All drivers needed for the computer are installed and tested to make sure the hardware works. We also install Free Anti-Virus Software from Grisoft; the makers of AVG Anti-Virus, and Anti-Spyware software from Safer-Networking; the makers of Spybot Search & Destroy, to help protect your computer.

Recovery Level 1
We will recover your accidentally deleted data from your digital
camera, or hard drive (Whether its an accidentally deleted
partition or just deleted files from your hard drive).

Customer On-Site Services
We will send a technician to your home to diagnose and then
repair any problems that you may be experiencing with your
computer. We also install Free Anti-Virus software and
Anti-Spyware software if your computer is not protected.
Residential Preventive Maintenance Plan:
Be proactive and don't wait for your computer to get in a bad state. For $400, we will schedule with you a visit every 3 months for 1 year via Remote connection or on-site visit, to clean and optimize your computer, giving it that new feeling again.
